TRAINING: Just finished up a training session and wanted to share a tip with you regarding muscle vs. fat. Muscle weighs more than fat although it’s much smaller. YOU CAN’T ISOLATE FAT LOSS TO ONE PART OF THE BODY. So, do not make the mistake of putting muscle on top of fat. They are two completely separate tissues. You need 80% proper nutrition to lean out and 20% physical activity (lots of cardio for fat loss) with 100% mindset to do it (no excuses). Focus on your goals and stay motivated (find your why). When you find your reason to cry, you’ll find your reason why. Decide.Commit.Succeed…

We had not talked in a while, so I decided to call him last week. We decided that we’d talk weekly on Tuesdays. No appointment needed. Just call. I’ve been mentoring for years myself, but I can always use someone to point out my flaws through positive constructive criticism, provide great suggestions, and great advice. Have someone in your corner to genuinely support and give guidance to help make you better.
